Arianetech Pte Ltd started out in 1999 as Arianetech Engineering - an electronics assembly equipment distributor servicing the booming electronics industry in Asia, providing both new and pre-owned production equipment and equipment services to many satisfied customers. In 2001, to meet the ever growing demand of the electronics sector, Arianetech Engineering was converted to the private limited company Arianetech Pte Ltd to provide for better accountability and market credibility.As competition in the manufacturing industries intensified, sustainability was becoming more of a concern as energy costs were also escalating globally. Most electricity tariffs are pegged to oil prices, which reached a peak in 2008. The demand for energy efficient appliances is growing with the increase in energy costs.In 2010, Shenzhen Ariane Optoelectronics Co., Ltd was established in China as a subsidiary of Arianetech Pte Ltd, focusing on the research, development and manufacture of high quality, energy efficient LED based lighting products under the brand name A-LITE.
